We had a fantastic experience at Hendy Dacia Ferndown. Every member of staff we met was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive, which immediately put us at ease. Rob, in particular, took the time to explain every part of the process clearly and patiently, making everything feel smooth, relaxed, and completely manageable.
We also really appreciated how accommodating the team were when we changed our minds along the way. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision; instead, we were given the space and support to choose what felt right for us.

I had a great experience at Dacia Ferndown. I visited the dealership several times while gathering information before making my decision, and throughout each visit Kieron was incredibly helpful. He was professional, friendly, and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I had all the information I needed.
Kieron made the whole process feel relaxed and pressure-free, and he helped me find the car that was right for me. His customer service was excellent from start to finish.
The dealership itself is also a lovely place — clean, well looked after, and with a very welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dacia Ferndown to anyone looking for a new car, and a big thank you to Kieron for the outstanding service.

Hendy Dacia Ferndown were great because it took me a few weeks to decide what I wanted to do. I test drove 3 cars kept changing if I wanted manuel or automatic. They did not rush me and did all they could to get it right for me
